P.J. Salas was elected as Chairman of the Board, at Come OUT St Pete’s Board of Directors on November 14, 2024, to championing acceptance, love, and equality for all LGBTQIA+ people.  “Come OUT is a small but mighty organization with a strong voice. Our mission has evolved from St Pete specific events to planting seeds across the country, to celebrate National Coming Out Day across the US." said Salas.

Under P.J.’s leadership, Come OUT will continue its mission of celebrating diversity, promoting acceptance, through the existing vehicle of National Coming Out Day, providing resources to mission similar organizations.

Jim Brunswick joined Come OUT in 2025 as Interim Treasurer after resignation of long term Treasurer Josh Wallace. Jim continues as our 2026 Treasurer, an officer role in the Board of Directors. Jim is a former accountant, retired business leader and 20 year term HOA President.

Vincent Bailey-Santamarina “Vinny” is co-owner of a Tampa Bay pageant production company producing Sunshine State AAG, Gulf Coast Comedy Queen and Miss Large & Lovely - providing competitive performance platforms showcasing the art form of Drag, where entertainers of all shapes and sizes earn respected industry titles.

Vinny is also known as Veronica Vixen, a Tampa Bay Drag Performer and host of SaturSlay in Largo. Veronica is our very own former Miss Come OUT St Pete 2024 and one of our most prolific representatives.

Vinny and his husband Aaron are entrepreneurs and as owners of V&A Productions, their contributions to drag pageantry is valued. Vinny chose to continue his advocacy work at Come OUT continuing his charitable work through community awareness.

Vernon Vaden joins the 2026 Come OUT Board of Directors as a general board member. A Tampa Bay influencer with roots in Ybor City, Vernon established himself as a community advocate through gigs at Bradley's on 7th, Bulge Apparel & Gifts, Cityside and currently the General Manager of Mr D'z Men's Emporium in Tampa. Vernon was voted the 2026 Creative Loafing's Best of the Bay Bartender of the Year, and has won numerous Cocktail/Mixologist competitions throughout Florida.
